How does delivery work?
In New Zealand, Dodow should be carried by USPS although alternative carriers can be chosen to ensure good delivery delays.
It will be shipped from the US.

Does the product come with batteries?
Dodow is delivered with batteries, all ready to help you get your precious shut-eye. The product uses AAA batteries which are pretty easy to find in shops - they're the same ones used in your remote control.

You have 100 days after the delivery date to send it back to us in its original packaging. If this is the case, send us a message on service.client@mydodow.com. We'll get back to you within 24 hours to explain the return process.
